Yes, we ship our products anywhere in the World!

How do I place orders?
You can place your order via email. Write to wtbagco@gmail.com . Indicate which bags you want, with product number, quantities, preferably with pictures. Or you can buy the product directly on our website.
Once we receive your order, we will check the stock for you, and send you an invoice with the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment. We will send your package once we get the money.

How to pay?
We accept western union, moneygram, and bank wire transfer (bank of china). Usually, we prefer western union. It is very fast (within 10 minutes). If your amount is big, you can choose bank wire transfer. It will cost less than other ways.

Which currency the prices is in at our website?
The currency is in US dollars.  But you don't have to take USD. Just take your local currency, and tell the accountant of the bank how much you will pay by USD, then the banker will tell you how much by your local currency.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship the bags within 1-2 days after we confirm your order, unless otherwise noted. Any orders placed over the weekend, (After 3:30 P.M. on Saturday & Sunday,) will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery. On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order.

How can I know my order status?
Once we send the bags, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.

What shipping method do you use?
We usually send your bags via air-express EMS . We can delivery the packages very safe, perfect and fast.

Do you sell retail or wholesale?
Yes. We sell single bag and purse as well as bulk purchases. Sample orders acceptable, no option of color.

Do you charge impost?
We don't charge impost. You have nothing to worry about the impost.

Do you do dropshiping?
Yes. We do dropshiping. We can send the products to your customers, but you must pay the shipping fee.

Do you have custom other designers handbags or purses?
Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.

Can you supply other kinds of products other than those on the website?
Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will try out best to locate the qualified factory.

In which circumstance, we provide replacement?
If customer finds the item is not the same as the actual picture or description, or there is some defect or broken on item, we provide replacement. When you receive goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. Customers must bear the shipping cost if you return the defective items to us.
