Return Policy
You must get a return authorization from us before sending anything back. Return request must be no later than 7 business days from the day you received it. You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.
The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, our refund/exchange policy is void.
The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
The bags for Refunds/Exchanges must meet the following clauses:
Obvious wrong color.
Obvious wrong size.
It is a complete different bag from your order.
It is not a high quality bag (such as low quality material, low quality hardware)
Some functions are not working.
The following reasons cannot be accepted.
A little of dark Color or light Color.( the reason of taking photos)
Shipping expenses and a 30%-50% restock fee (non-refundable credit card and handling charges) are deducted from the refund amount. |
